1970 RHD Cabriolet 1500 Beetle £15,000
Beautiful example of very rare right hand drive cabriolet automatic. This beetle has been stored for years, recently been recommissioned and still drives just as it should. Extensive work was done to this vehicle before it was stored including paintwork, new canvas, bumpers, pretty much the entire interior was refreshed and any work underneath the vehicle was done to a high standard and has all been blacked/protected. There are a couple of issues with the paint, mainly the passenger door as pictured, the paint has cracked right at the bottom unfortunately, other than that its hard to fault this stunning and rare example of an early 70's cabriolet automatic.
The beetle has just has the tank flushed and all fuel lines replaced and has also has had new rear shoes and wheel cylinders fitted and has been completely checked over to ensure it is road worthy after its years in storage. The vehicle has only done about 5,000 miles in the last 15 years so the normal wear you'd get from using the car is at a minimum, with tyres almost like new for example.
